Honey Products
All honey products are made with raw unfiltered honey from the hives on our property
Raw Unfiltered Honey
All honey is from our own hives. We utilize glass jars for all honey packaging.
Raw Unfiltered Infused Honey
Hot Honey - raw honey infused with a dried pepper blend and a little chili pepper extract for a tasty heat with habanero flavor
Cinnamon - our honey infused with ceylon cinnamon sticks and a pinch of organic essential oil for more flavor
Jam
All our jams are made with minimal ingredients. We try to source the fruit directly from our property.
Blackberry Mulberry Jam
Made from wild blackberries and mulberries grown on our property. Since they are wild, they are very limited in quantity but special to us as these plants have been growing here long before we came here.
Apple Butter
Made with honeycrisp apples picked from a local orchard about 5 miles away. In a few years we will have enough from our own trees to produce.
